Afghan Voice Agency (AWA) - International Service: Simultaneously with the extensive airstrikes by the Zionist regime’s warplanes on the Syrian capital, local sources are reporting the ground incursion of the occupying forces into the country’s territory.

 

The Al-Jazeera network reported this morning (Wednesday, February 26) citing its sources that the Zionist forces were infiltrating the borders of the Quneitra and Daraa provinces in southern Syria.

 

Al-Jazeera sources explained: “Israeli forces infiltrated the Ain Al-Bayda area on the outskirts of Quneitra and also the village of Al-Bakar in the Daraa countryside, in southern Syria.”

 

The Israeli Channel 14 TV also announced: "The army is attacking military bases that previously served the Syrian army and destroying military equipment in Damascus."

 

Arab media reported this morning that huge explosions were heard in the sky of the Syrian capital.

 

Reuters news agency, citing Syrian security sources, wrote that Israeli warplanes targeted southern Damascus with aggressive attacks.

 

These sources told Reuters that at the same time as the huge explosions occurred in Damascus, Israeli warplanes were also flying at low altitude in the sky of Syria.

 

A Zionist journalist wrote on his page on the social network "X" (formerly Twitter): "Massive attacks are being carried out against Syria."
