Khost Governor Emphasizes Sacred Responsibility of Defending the Homeland in Visit to Imaginary Border Lines
The Ministry of Interior Affairs announced that Maulvi Abdullah Mukhtar, the Governor of Khost, during his visit to the imaginary line between Alisher and Terizai districts, called defending the homeland and people a sacred duty and emphasized the need for honesty, seriousness, and vigilance in ensuring the security of border areas.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Interior Affairs announced today (Saturday, November 15) in a press release that Maulvi Abdullah Mukhtar, the Governor of Khost, visited the imaginary line along Alisher and Terizai districts of this province.

During this visit, the Governor of Khost told the officials and forces stationed in these districts that defending the homeland and people is a sacred duty and that this responsibility must be carried out with honesty, seriousness, and vigilance, because ensuring the security of border areas is one of the fundamental pillars of national sovereignty.

Further, the officials and forces of these districts also assured that they are fully prepared to defend the homeland and the people in any situation and that there will be no negligence in maintaining national sovereignty.

It is worth mentioning that a number of officials of the Islamic Emirate had previously visited the country's borders with Pakistan.
