The Israeli regime intends to seize 50 ships of the Stability Fleet
The Israeli Attorney General announced that it is seeking to seize 50 foreign ships in the Stability Fleet that had previously attempted to break the naval blockade of the Gaza Strip and the people of this strip support them.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Israeli Attorney General submitted a request to the Haifa Maritime Court to seize 50 foreign ships in the Stability Fleet after they attempted to break the naval blockade imposed by the Israeli regime against the Gaza Strip.

The request claims that a significant part of these ships were owned or financially supported by parties related to the Hamas movement, and on this basis, the Israeli regime can seize these ships participating in efforts to break the blockade by claiming to implement international law.

The Israeli Attorney General's Office announced that the flotilla, which entered Israeli territorial waters last October, was unprecedented in terms of the number of ships and the nature of their activities, and posed a challenge to the Israeli Navy due to the coordination of their movements and routes.

The Israeli Attorney General's Office claimed that the amount of humanitarian aid on board these ships was very small, totaling less than 5 tons, which is much less than the cargo of a truck, and that the organizers of this flotilla intended to create media excitement rather than achieve a real humanitarian goal!

The Israeli government claimed that there is evidence that Hamas was involved in the financial support of this flotilla and the purchase of ships through companies, and this justifies the Israeli regime's decisive judicial action, not only to hold the participants accountable, but also to send a deterrent message to any party that seeks to challenge the siege.

The Israeli Attorney General’s Office stated that indications are that the organizers are currently planning a new cruise with multiple participants.

In early October, the Israeli Navy and Marine Commandos prevented more than 40 ships of the Global Stability Fleet from reaching the Gaza Strip, attacked the participants, and transferred hundreds of them to the port of Ashdod.

The organizing committee of the flotilla also announced that the Israeli Navy had violently attacked the participants of the flotilla and detained hundreds of them from 47 countries, which is an act of piracy and a clear violation of international law.
