YouTube is cleaning up documentation of Israeli crimes
In continuation of the US support for the Zionist regime in its crimes against the Palestinians, YouTube has removed the channels of three Palestinian human rights organizations that published documentation of Israel's genocide.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The American website The Intercept reported that YouTube has removed more than 700 documentaries about the regime's war crimes in support of Israel.

Regarding the removal of the channels of these three Palestinian rights activist groups on YouTube, Google said that it took this action in line with the sanctions imposed by the Donald Trump administration regarding the cooperation of these three groups with the International Criminal Court.

The Intercept explained a number of the videos removed by YouTube.

According to the American media outlet, the videos include a documentary featuring mothers who survived Israel’s genocide in Gaza, a visual investigation into Israel’s role in the murder of a Palestinian-American journalist, and a film of the demolition of Palestinian homes in the West Bank.

The Intercept reported that YouTube secretly removed all of the videos in early October by deleting the accounts that had posted them from its website, along with their channel archives. The accounts belonged to three prominent Palestinian human rights groups: Al-Haq, Al-Mizan Center for Human Rights, and the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

According to the media outlet, Google took this action in response to the US government’s campaign to stifle accountability for Israel’s war crimes against Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

The Palestinian groups’ YouTube channels had posted hours of documentary footage of the Israeli government and military’s actions in Gaza and the West Bank, including the killing of Palestinian civilians.

Sarah Leah Whitson, executive director of Democracy for the Arab World Now, said of YouTube's move: "I am absolutely shocked. It is really hard to imagine any serious argument that sharing information from these Palestinian human rights organizations is somehow a violation of sanctions. To submit to this arbitrary naming and censorship of these Palestinian organizations is disappointing and very surprising."
