Minister of Border Affairs: Afghan people have always bravely confronted the invaders
Mullah Noorullah Noori, Minister of Border, Ethnic and Tribal Affairs, in a meeting with tribal elders and influential people of Narkh district of Maidan Wardak province, stressed that the people of Afghanistan have resisted and stood against the invaders and these sacrifices deserve praise.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Border, Ethnic and Tribal Affairs announced on Sunday (Oct 12) that Mullah Noorullah Noori, the minister of the ministry, met with tribal elders, scholars and influential people of Narkh district of Maidan Wardak province.
 
"Every time the invaders have come to Afghanistan, the people of this country have bravely resisted them," Noori said, referring to the historical resistance of the Afghan people against the invaders.
 
He also stressed that serving a nation whose cemeteries are full of martyrs and whose homes are not empty of widows and orphans is a great duty. Noori added that these countless sacrifices of the Afghan people should be praised for maintaining the sovereignty of the Islamic Emirate and promised to convey the demands of the people to the relevant departments to find practical solutions to their problems.
 
On the other hand, ethnic leaders expressed satisfaction with the improvement of security, justice and unity after the Islamic Emirate came to power and called the sacrifices of the people of Maidan Wardak in 20 years of Jihad remarkable.
 
They also shared their local problems with the minister and demanded the reconstruction of the destroyed road in Narkh district.
