Germany, France win 2026 World Cup qualifiers

The German and French national football teams won their 2026 World Cup qualifiers in Europe, while Belgium was held at home.


Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In Group A, the German national team defeated Luxembourg 4-0. Germany's goals were scored by David Raum (12), Joshua Kimmich (21 - penalty and 50) and Serge Gnabry (48).

In the same match, France defeated Azerbaijan 3-0 at the Parc des Princes in Paris. Kylian Mbappe (45th minute +2), Adrien Rabiot (69th) and Florian Thon (74th) were the scorers for France. Mbappe injured his ankle in the match.

In Group J, Belgium drew 0-0 at home with Macedonia.
