He said that the value of Afghanistan's exports of dried fruits in the first 8 months of 2024 was about $179 million.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Industry and Commerce says that Afghanistan's dried fruits have been exported to India, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, China, England, Germany, Canada, Italy and other countries.
It is worth noting that last week, the Deputy Minister of Economy ordered the purchase of two cargo planes from the Islamic Emirate budget for Ariana Airlines to export Afghan dried and fresh fruits abroad.
