Alireza Raisi, Deputy Ministry of Health of Iran, said: Like in other countries, respiratory diseases become more prevalent in autumn, and influenza is one of the most common, with its strain and type changing every year. According to him, coronavirus and other respiratory viruses are also of particular importance in this season.

 

Emphasizing the need to observe preventive measures, he added: The best way to prevent is still to use masks, avoid gatherings, keep sick children from going to school, wash hands regularly, and observe hygiene tips.

 

According to him, these viruses can affect any part of the body that has mucus, including the eyes, throat, and even the pancreas, and are not limited to a specific organ. Coronavirus can cause inflammation in different parts of the body.
