The voice of the oppressed people of Palestine is an Islamic mission and a manifestation of human nature
Seyyed Sikander Hosseini Bamdad, a poet, said in the webinar “International Quds Day; The Unity of the Islamic Ummah in Support of Palestine”: Solidarity with the Palestinian people among Islamic countries has not been formed at a worthy and appropriate level, and unfortunately, the Islamic Ummah is sleeping in a state of neglect and forgetfulness. He emphasizes that the cry of the oppressed people of Palestine is not only an Islamic mission, but also the essence of human nature.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Mazar-e-Sharif: Coinciding with the arrival of the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, which has been named International Quds Day, the webinar “International Quds Day; The Cry of Unity of the Islamic Ummah in Support of Palestine” was held by Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) on the occasion of International Quds Day.

In his remarks at the webinar regarding the necessity of supporting the oppressed Palestinian people and the importance of celebrating International Quds Day, poet Seyyed Sekander Hosseini Bamdad stated: “Given the horrific and bloody attacks by the Zionist regime over the past two years against innocent children, women, and men in Gaza, it is now more necessary than ever for Muslims and freedom-seekers around the world to celebrate this year’s International Quds Day in a grand, extensive, and meaningful manner.”
Pointing out that International Quds Day is a symbol of solidarity with the oppressed and defenseless Palestinians, he said: “What the Zionists have imposed on the Palestinian people, especially the residents of Gaza, in recent years is nothing but all-out genocide and a clear violation of human rights, and this blatant cruelty of Israel and its Western supporters has been proven to the world.”
Hosseini Bamdad added: “The current situation of Palestine, as an inseparable part of the Islamic world, requires true unity among Islamic countries.” These countries must stand with one voice and in unison with the oppressed Palestinian people and raise a cry for justice for the children and women of the Gaza Strip.
This poet of the country considered the cry of the oppressed Palestinian people as a religious mission and a manifestation of human nature and stated: Unfortunately, there is no alignment with the Palestinian people among Islamic countries at a worthy and necessary level. The Islamic nation has fallen into neglect and forgetfulness in the face of this historical suffering.
Criticizing the unilateral approach of the West and global arrogance, he pointed out: While Islamic countries are living in division and indifference, Western and arrogant powers are taking steps with complete coherence and coordination on the path of genocide and heinous crimes against the Palestinian people. For this reason, it is necessary for Muslims to stand united and in unison against oppression on International Quds Day and express their support for the Palestinian people.

It is worth noting that writing poetry describing the oppression of the Palestinian people and the heroism of this resilient nation has gained a special place among the country's poets, and every day, meaningful poems and verses in this regard are exchanged among people in cyberspace and literary circles.
