Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Stating that the Afghan nation has spent many years in conflict and war, the Leader of the Islamic Emirate stated: “Praise be to Allah, we have now been given a good opportunity for unity and solidarity. Let us make good use of this blessing and strengthen our national unity and cohesion, because the secret of our success and honor lies in this unity. We must be careful of the conspiracies of the enemies and defend the Islamic system and our Sharia rule with determination in all areas.”

Ensuring nationwide security and the necessity of the security forces
He continued, referring to the security situation of the country: "By the help of Allah Almighty and the blessings of the sacrifices and struggles of the forces of the Islamic Emirate, our country has reached a level of security where people throughout Afghanistan live in peace and security. Security is a great blessing from Allah and gratitude for it must be paid continuously."
Maulavi Akhundzada called on the people to strongly support the security forces and the Mujahideen, because this security is the result of their round-the-clock efforts. He emphasized that the enemy's conspiracies have been thwarted and currently all people can travel domestically without worry and their lives, property, honor and dignity are protected.

Implementing Sharia in the light of Hanafi jurisprudence
The Leader of the Islamic Emirate clarified that all courts of this government are obliged to handle judicial matters in the light of Hanafi jurisprudence and in accordance with the pure Sharia and to implement divine limits. He added: “Implementing Islamic law has been the main goal of our jihads and sacrifices.”

Preventing corruption
Also, in another part of the message, he referred to the role of the Ministry of Encouraging Right and Preventing Evil and said: “This ministry is working to prevent corruption and its officials are busy serving in reforming the society. Reducing the level of evil is among the achievements of these efforts.”
Akhundzada called on all institutions and people to cooperate with the Ministry of Encouraging Right and Preventing Evil and Hearing Complaints and to participate in cleansing the society of corruption and sedition. He added that scholars also have a religious duty in educating the youth and fighting evil and must play a role in implementing new decrees to prevent undesirable customs and excessive extravagance.

Economic progress within the framework of Sharia
The Leader of the Islamic Emirate also emphasized that the government, along with religious progress, is also trying to pursue the country’s economic development within the framework of Islamic Sharia. According to him, small and large development projects are being implemented throughout the country every year, and the construction of communication routes, the development of trade, the extraction of minerals, the distribution of land to businessmen and industrialists, and efforts to reduce unemployment are among the serious programs on the agenda.
He called on the people not to pay attention to the propaganda of biased circles and intelligence organizations that intend to create despair and hopelessness, and added: "The Islamic Emirate, with the help of God, is making every effort to improve the lives of the people."

Foreign relations and support for Palestine
The Leader of the Islamic Emirate emphasized that this government wants to establish strong and brotherly relations with Islamic countries, as well as principled and beneficial relations with other countries in the world. He called on the international community to respect the values ​​and beliefs of the Afghan people and not to interfere in the country's internal affairs.
In the final part of the message, Maulavi Akhundzada addressed the issue of Palestine and said: "The issue of Palestine is the issue of the entire Islamic world. We strongly condemn the Zionist regime’s bombings and brutal attacks against the oppressed Palestinian people and consider it a blatant injustice. We call on Islamic countries to support the Palestinians in their path to regaining their legitimate rights.”

In conclusion, the Leader of the Islamic Emirate, while reiterating his Eid al-Fitr greetings, called on the wealthy of the country not to forget the poor and needy during these blessed days and to contribute to their happiness through charity and kindness.
