Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: US President Donald Trump reacted this morning (Tuesday) to the suspension of the prisoner exchange by the Hamas resistance movement.
Trump threatened in a statement: "If all the hostages are not returned from Gaza by 12 noon on Saturday, I will demand the cancellation of the ceasefire."
According to Reuters, he continued his threats, saying: "If the hostages do not return from Gaza, the gates of hell will open. Hamas will understand what I mean by this threat."
Claiming that Jordan will probably accept the Gaza refugees, the US President threatened: "If they do not take refugees, I may stop helping Jordan and Egypt."
According to the report, Trump also added: "I may talk to Netanyahu about setting Saturday as the deadline for the release of the hostages. Israel could cancel the ceasefire agreement."
He continued: "I believe most of the Israeli hostages are dead. What happened to the Israeli hostages who were recently released in Gaza is very sad."
It was on Monday evening that the Hamas movement issued a statement explaining its reasons for suspending the handover of the Zionist prisoners, which was scheduled to take place next Saturday.
