Qatar announces readiness to revive country's cultural and historical centers

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Information and Culture said in a statement today (Monday) that Murdaf Ali Al-Ashouti, clerk of the Qatari Embassy in Kabul, met with Maulvi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister of Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Arts. has had a conversation.
Maulvi Atiqullah Azizi said that Afghanistan is a country rich in historical and artistic monuments.
He added that the Ministry of Information and Culture is ready to cooperate with Qatar in the fields of research and joint exhibitions of Islamic architecture, lines, miniatures, museums and other cultural sectors.
Meanwhile, the Qatari embassy clerk said his country is ready to play an important role in strengthening and reviving many cultural and historical sites in Afghanistan within the framework of the bilateral agreement.
It is worth mentioning that many of the country's historical monuments and centers have been destroyed in recent years due to war, insecurity and neglect.
