Full text of the statement is as follows:

It is questioned that is it permissible to broadcast of such films with an innocent faces of Masumin which has been produced in some Islamic countries?

To answer the question notified:

1. The mentioned question has an old background. About the holy prophet film which produced in the west and the person appeared in the holy prophet’s role, Iranian and Iraqi religious authorities prohibited producing and broadcasting of the mentioned film and chief of al-Azhar also issued his unique religious statement on the film prohibition, so it is not allowed to broadcast even imaginary picture of the holy prophet and the mentioned parts of the film was deleted.

The reason of the prohibition is clear, the great prophets and God’s messengers are humans but they have some mental and spiritual characteristics which are not manifested by others. As the God asks the holy prophet to say” I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed.” (Al-Kahf/110

The first part of the verse states the physical feature of the prophets and innocents, who are in common with others, but the second part of the verse states their high capability and it means that they accept the divine revelation for their high capability and position directly, so they can guide and lead all people until the resurrection day. According to the mentioned statements no one can manifest the specific features of the innocents and it should be noted that goal of these films is manifestation of the specific features not physical features which is in common with others.

Innocent Imams like the holy prophet have 2 characters` dimensions which include human and divine dimensions and infallibility is a manifestation of the divine dimension, so their manners and behaviors can be instructive to all people and this part of their features cannot be showed by others.

2. Those who want to play the innocent role are not innocent so they cannot manifest innocents` specific features.

3. The innocents` position defend is necessary to all Muslims and should be prevented produce and broadcast of these kind of films, Because produce of these films with an ordinary people roles reduce the innocents` position and the religious law’s order towards is clear.

4. The actors in these films are professional actors and they have played many roles which could be cruel and corrupt roles, so they cannot play the innocents` roles.

5. We ask all Islamic states to do their religious responsibility and prevent produce and broadcasting of these films and whether in produce, are not allowed to be broadcasted.

6. It is clear that some politicians are supporter of these films and want to achieve their goals and may excite sedition or distort the history.

At the end we ask all aware and zealous Muslims to force their governors to prevent these kinds of anti-cultural steps.
