A security expert announced that the Iraqi security apparatus is on alert to confront the growing threats from the Zionist regime.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): "Fadel Abu Ragheif" said in a television program that there is a state of apprehension and expectation due to contradictory news and Israeli news outlets that have begun to create doubts and concerns.

This security expert pointed out that if the Zionist regime attacks, it will put Iraq's national security at risk, and said that Iraq's air and ground defenses are fully prepared.

Abu Ragheif also said about the ISIS terrorist group that this group is opportunistic and exploits the chaos in the region, therefore the security apparatuses and joint forces are on alert.

He noted that negotiations may be held to stop the attacks by the Iraqi resistance, but the Zionist regime acts independently of the United States and Iraq is also opposed to being a scene of conflict.

The security expert said that the United States succeeded in dissuading the usurper regime from attacking Iraq eight months ago.
