The spokesman of Panjshir Province announced that the Ministry of Public Health has finalized the construction plan for three 30-bed equipped hospitals in this province.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: These hospitals, directed by His Excellency Amir-ul-Mu’mineen, the Supreme Leader of IEA, will be built in the districts of Dara, Hisa-e-Awal, and Paryan to enhance healthcare services for residents of the region.
Saifuddin Latun, the spokesman for the Panjshir Governor’s Office, stated that the initiative aims to provide residents with greater access to medical care. Each hospital will feature 30 beds and departments including general surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and ophthalmology. The project will be funded by the Ministry of Public Health, and its completion is expected to address healthcare challenges in these districts.
Meanwhile, Dr. Hujjatullah Mohammadi, Head of Public Health in Panjshir, noted that efforts are underway to allocate six to twenty acres of land for the construction of these hospitals. He emphasized that the hospitals will be built to modern standards, addressing the previous lack of inpatient facilities in these districts.
