Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Following the warnings of international organizations about the genocidal war and the occupation regime’s terrible siege on the Gaza Strip, especially the north of the region, Human Rights Watch announced in a report that Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip have led to a significant increase in the forced displacement of Palestinians.
Human Rights Watch emphasized that there is ample evidence and evidence that indicates the forced displacement of Palestinians in Gaza is a result of Israel’s actions, and that this issue falls within the framework of war crimes.
The human rights organization added that Israel’s claims about the legal displacement of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are lies. There is no safe place left inside Gaza; Because the Israeli army has repeatedly attacked areas designated for the settlement of refugees.
The organization continued: We call on the International Criminal Court to investigate what Israel is doing to forcibly displace the people of Gaza and prevent their return, which amounts to a crime against humanity.
Last night, the Gaza Ministry of Health, referring to the continuation of the brutal crimes and cruel siege of the Zionist regime against the northern Gaza Strip, announced that the occupiers have intensified the crimes of genocide and forced displacement in northern Gaza and are deliberately targeting doctors and health workers.
The director of the Gaza Ministry of Health said that the occupiers continue to prevent the entry of basic needs to hospitals that continue to operate with minimal facilities. The Zionist regime has turned the northern Gaza Strip into uninhabitable areas.
Forced displacement, which is spoken of as one of the normal events in Gaza today, is considered one of the most serious violations of human rights. This phenomenon is one of the major challenges facing the international community, and under international law, states have a responsibility to protect the rights and dignity of individuals in these situations.
This act, which involves the forced displacement of individuals from their place of residence for political, religious, racial or other unlawful reasons, has widespread humanitarian and social consequences, and international law has, of course, made its explicit statement on this matter, although in the case of Gaza, even this explicit statement has not yet been able to prevent the Zionist occupation and their crime of forcibly displacing the Palestinian people.
Among the important events that previously caused forced displacement in Gaza was the 2014 Zionist attack on Gaza, which forced about 500,000 Gaza residents to leave their homes. In the current war, reports by UN agencies indicate that almost the entire population of more than 2 million people in Gaza has been displaced multiple times.
