In the past two days, 325 undocumented Afghan migrants residing in Istanbul, Turkey, were deported and have returned to Afghanistan.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: The Media Office of the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation announced that Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Rashid, the Deputy Minister for Technical Affairs, visited the migrant reception center at Kabul International Airport to welcome the deportees. He reassured them that the Islamic Emirate is committed to addressing the issues faced by migrants and returnees.
According to the statement, Afghan nationals returning by air from Turkey receive legal guidance on civil documentation and rights support from the Ministry’s legal team. Additionally, each returnee is provided with €150, or its equivalent in Afghanis, funded by the International Organization for Migration (IOM)./Bakhatr News
