Farah Municipality has announced the start of seven development projects with a budget of 67 million Afghanis.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: Farah Mayor Mufti Sardar Mohammad Mersad highlighted these achievements during a progress and accountability session, explaining that these projects are set to be completed soon and will be ready for public use.
He also noted that the municipality has successfully collected 9 million Afghanis in revenue in the first quarter and 16 million in the second quarter, reflecting a 3% increase compared to the previous year.
Furthermore, future development plans include the construction of a livestock slaughterhouse (maslakh) and a standard mosque within the municipality’s premises, aiming to enhance services for the residents of Farah Province./Bakhtar News
