Following Israel's action in kidnapping a civilian ship captain from northern Lebanon, Beirut complains about this regime to the UN Security Council.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): "Najib Mikati", the Prime Minister of Lebanon, stated that he will file a complaint against this regime due to Israel's action in kidnapping a Lebanese citizen.
The Lebanese Prime Minister's Office announced that Mikati asked Abdallah Bouhabib, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country, to file a complaint with the Security Council against the Zionist regime following the kidnapping of a Lebanese citizen in Al-Batrun area.
Earlier, Lebanese sources announced that a group of commandos of the Zionist regime infiltrated the coastal area of Al-Batron by sea and kidnapped Emad Amhz, the captain of civilian ships.
"Ali Hamieh", the Minister of Transportation of Lebanon, also told "Al-Mayadeen" network that Emad Amhz was a sailor and a Lebanese civilian who was kidnapped in this operation.
Ali Hamieh said: "If it is proven that the abduction took place through a sea heliburn, then what happened to the implementation of Resolution 1701?! UNIFIL's mission is periodic monitoring of Lebanon's coasts from the coasts of Naqourah to Al-Arizah.
UNIFIL spokesperson Candice Ardil immediately reacted to the reports and said that UNIFIL had nothing to do with facilitating this operation or violating Lebanon's sovereignty.
The Zionist army claims that Imad Amhz is a member of Lebanon's Hezbollah.
