The Radio and Television Organization of the occupying regime announced by publishing this draft: According to this proposal, Israel and Lebanon must implement Resolutions 1701 and 1559 and the Lebanese Army undertakes to monitor the implementation of Resolution 1701. The full implementation of this resolution will be done within a period of 60 days of the ceasefire, and the Israeli army will withdraw its forces from southern Lebanon within 7 days of the start of the ceasefire, and at the same time, the forces of the Lebanese army will be stationed in these areas.
This Zionist institution emphasized that the ceasefire proposal in Lebanon includes an agreement between the US and Israel that Israel has the right to "defend" itself against any imminent threat.
The Radio and Television Organization of the Zionist regime further quoted senior officials of this regime and announced that it is possible to reach an agreement in the coming days.
On the other hand, the Zionist media reported that according to this draft, 10,000 Lebanese army troops will be stationed along the border with Israel (occupied Palestine) and after the end of the 60-day ceasefire period, Israel and Lebanon regarding the full implementation of Resolution No. 1701 The United Nations Security Council and the settlement of border disputes will conduct indirect negotiations through the United States.
Based on this, it is also possible to create an international monitoring and enforcement mechanism headed by the United States and with the participation of Italy, France, Germany, Spain, England, UNIFIL (the so-called UN peacekeeping force based in southern Lebanon) and the countries of the region. .
According to this draft claimed by the Zionists, Israel is still allowed to conduct reconnaissance flights in Lebanese airspace, but these flights must not be visible to the naked eye or break the sound barrier.
In this draft, it is emphasized that Israel has the right to "defend" itself against any threat from Lebanese soil, and the United States has a leading role in implementing the ceasefire and ensuring that Lebanon adheres to its obligations in this regard.
While the American media has been talking about the desire of the Zionist regime for a ceasefire with Lebanon for the past few days, the American website Axios announced that an agreement to end the war between Israel and Hezbollah may be reached within a few weeks.
According to Axios, the agreement that the US and Israel are talking about includes the declaration of a ceasefire and then a 60-day transition period based on the implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701, and based on this claim, Hezbollah must withdraw its heavy weapons during Transition period to the north of the Litani River and away from the borders of Israel (Occupied Palestine).
Accordingly, during the transitional period, the Lebanese army must deploy around 8,000 soldiers along the border with occupied Palestine, and the Israeli army will gradually withdraw its forces from the borders during this period.
