These sources emphasized: "Hamas' proposal in the Doha negotiations includes the withdrawal of the Zionist regime at the same time as the exchange of prisoners in such a way that all Israeli prisoners are released at once."
These sources stated: "Hamas prefers a comprehensive deal that will be implemented in one step and end the war once and for all." "The Hamas movement does not reject other ideas that are proposed by the mediators, but the criteria for its acceptance starts with the cessation of war."
