Al-Mayadeen media network announced the martyrdom of Ghassan Najjar, one of the photographers of Al-Mayadeen, and the broadcasting engineer of the network named "Mohammed Reza" in this attack.

 

Lebanon's al-Manar network also announced the martyrdom of Wissam Qassem, the cameraman of this network, who was martyred in the Zionist attack on the journalists' residence in Hasiba, along with Ghassan Najjar and engineer Mohammad Reza.

 

"Ghassan bin Jado", the chairman of Al-Mayadeen Network's Board of Directors, held the occupations fully responsible for this war crime in which journalists including the Al-Mayadeen team were targeted.

 

He said that the occupiers "enjoy killing" and among them those they target are journalists who "exposed their crimes and therefore the Zionists are sadistic towards them and enjoy killing them".

 

Also, Ben Jado emphasized that "Al-Mayadeen will continue and will not retreat". He pointed out that his colleagues were present in Al-Mayadeen along with other journalists and that the attack by the occupiers on journalists "was intentional and there were also injured people from other Arab channels".

 

He said: We do not think that this attack is aimed exclusively at al-Mayadeen, but it is an attack on all journalistic groups, including al-Mayadeen.

 

It should be mentioned that the Zionist regime started large-scale attacks on various areas of southern Lebanon from Monday morning, which is still continuing until this moment.
