Officials of Chinese and Afghan companies, in a meeting with the deputy governor of Balkh province, have announced the investment of 100 million dollars in the construction of a factory for the production of cement, skewers, iron, glass and PVC in this province.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-Sharif: Su, one of the Chinese investors, said in this meeting that Chinese businessmen are interested in building industrial factories such as cement, sikhgul, production of iron, glass and PVC in Afghanistan. especially invest in Balkh Province.

This Chinese businessman has stated that Balkh province is the best place for building industrial factories due to its convenient, strategic geographical location and abundant natural resources in Alborz mountain.

He added: "After construction, this cement factory will be able to produce one million tons of cement per year, and it will meet the internal needs of Afghanistan, especially the northern and northeastern provinces, in the field of cement, and it will make Afghanistan self-sufficient."

This Chinese investor also said that in addition to building a cement factory in Balkh province, we are also planning to create a joint Afghan-Chinese industrial park. According to him, such actions will be effective on job creation and economic growth in Afghanistan and will play an important role in the development of exports of the two countries.

Meanwhile, Maulvi Nurul Hadi Abu Adris, deputy official of Balkh province, said that the local officials of this province have cooperated with the businessmen of China according to the laws of the Islamic Emirate in the field of providing land, electricity and access to mines for Chinese businessmen.

He added: The investment of Chinese businessmen in Balkh province is considered a good opportunity and we will not miss this opportunity.

It should be mentioned that in addition to Su Chen and Wang, Chinese businessmen, a number of officials from the local authorities of Balkh province were present in this meeting.
