Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, was welcomed by Foreign Minister Rashid Muradov and a number of other officials of that country when he arrived in Turkmenistan in Salim Cheshme Mari region.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Prime Minister then met with the national leader of Turkmenistan, Qurban Quliberdimohamedov.

In this meeting, Mullah Baradar, the economic deputy of the Prime Minister's Office, was also present, Mullah Mohammad Hassan and Bardi Mohammadov talked about the expansion of bilateral relations and the importance of implementing large development projects between the two countries and regional projects. 

Mullah Mohammad Hassan, the head of the ministry, then together with the national leader of Turkmenistan participated and gave a speech in the official opening ceremony of the TAPI project and three other projects.
