He said: After receiving FIDA's unique ID, they can go to the representative offices of communication agents with their own proof of identity and follow the unblocking process.

Arabi added: In case of any complaint, nationals can register and follow up their request through the 195 complaint handling system of the National Radio Communications and Regulatory Organization, with their passport number and access code.
