He also considered the conditions inside the country suitable for the targeted presence of scholars and said: Afghanistan is at an important and decisive stage in its history and it is necessary for scholars and elites of society to be present inside the country with a sense of responsibility and to perform their duties towards the country and People pay.

 

Then, Ayatollah Sheikh Ishaq Fayyaz (may Allah preserve him) while welcoming the General Directorate of Tabian Center and his delegation, considered the observance of divine piety in all matters as the basis of all actions of believers and said: Sometimes they should not neglect divine piety, divine piety is a means of approaching the Lord of the Worlds and the secret of success in this world and the Hereafter.

 

His Majesty also reminded the pilgrims of the holy shrines: All believers, when they are able to visit the holy shrines in Iraq, should renew their covenant with Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (as) to be steadfast in the path of knowledge of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).
