Ladies and gentlemen, I am happy to represent Afghanistan in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Now, after decades, there is no foreign military force or civil war in Afghanistan. Islands of power have disappeared and the whole country is under the rule of a committed and responsible government.

 

After decades, Afghanistan has gained complete security and stability, corruption in government offices has been eliminated, and the cultivation and trade of any kind of narcotic drugs has been banned. 100% of Afghanistan's national budget is provided from internal revenues, Afghanistan now has such a security force that they can achieve and own Afghanistan's freedom, and through Afghanistan's stability, they play an influential role in regional stability.

 

But the war-torn country of Afghanistan also has problems, billions of dollars of the Bank of Afghanistan have been frozen by the United States, unfair economic sanctions have been imposed on Afghanistan, and their legitimate right to recognition has been taken away, and our undeniable right to participate in specialized international organizations, and in addition to this issue, a propaganda war and giving biased and one-sided reports has been placed, while the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is trying day and night to smooth out the problems, and significant achievements have also been made in this sector. has had

 

We request the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and all major countries. Our first request is that all countries should make a serious effort to free the money and assets of the Central Bank of Afghanistan and remove economic restrictions and travel restrictions on the officials of the Islamic Emirate. has caused the postponement of the central bank's duties and the slowing down of economic growth and regional trade, and has caused a halt in establishing bilateral or multilateral relations for trade, it is hoped that wartime behavior will not be brought to peacetime, our second demand is that the country members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other countries of the world enter into friendly trade with Afghanistan within the framework of legitimate interests, Afghanistan is an unprecedented opportunity for regional connection and investment due to its strategic location and abundant resources, hardworking human resources, security and foreign economy-oriented strategy.

 

Dear audience, Afghanistan, as a country that has just emerged from decades of war, and to forget the bitterness of the past, has a sincere determination to establish bilateral relations with the countries of the world based on common and legitimate interests, we have a message of peace for ourselves and the world. We assure the countries of the region and the world that our soil will not be used against anyone. We have practically proved this commitment in the last three years, and we ask the countries of the world to interact with Afghanistan in a similar way and we invite them to act based on the facts instead of one-sided assumptions and analysis based on the failed experiences of the past. reach a new understanding.

 

Afghanistan views all the members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the countries of the world positively and asks them to interact positively.

 

Dear audience! It is a great injustice not to mention the issue of Palestine, which forms the existential philosophy of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, in this meeting of foreign ministers of the Islamic world. This war, which has been going on for a century to destroy the Palestinians, and especially in the past year, when the freedom and genocide of the oppressed Palestinian people by the usurping and tyrannical Zionist regime has been unprecedented, despite the passage of a year, not only order The global ruler has not stopped the tyrant, but material, military and propaganda aid is being provided against the oppressed, this situation cannot be justified in any way and it is the responsibility of all humanitarian countries, especially the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to find a quick solution to the Palestinian issue. to find fair and permanent and to provide any political way, alliance and facilities for its implementation.

 

If we member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation do not do this, neither God nor the people will forgive us.
