The iconic Al-Aqsa Mosque, called Al-Fath, was inaugurated in Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province, at a cost of 22 million Afghanis and has a capacity of 200 worshippers.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) _ Mazar-e-Sharif: Ataullah Zaid, spokesman for the governor of Balkh province, told AVNA that the Al-Aqsa Mosque was built three kilometers east of Roza-e-Sharif at a cost of 22 million Afghanis under the direction of Mohammad Yousuf Wafa, the governor of the province. has been put into operation.
He added that the mosque was built with the symbol of the Al-Aqsa Mosque called Al-Fath and has a capacity of 200 worshipers at a time.
Zaid said that the inauguration ceremony was attended by officials of the local government of Balkh province and different sectors of society and supported the Palestinian nation.
