Addressing the government of Uzbekistan, it should be said that the United States, with the shameful and historic defeat of our Mujahideen in Afghanistan in the fields of hard, soft, hot and cold war, has practically cut off its footprint from the region and, thanks to God, has lost its position and base in Afghanistan.
