In this regard, Asghar Balukian, Director General of Foreign Nationals and Immigrant Affairs of the Ministry of Interior of Iran, said: Considering the problems that arose in the process of issuing travel permits for foreign nationals to Iraq to participate in the Arbaeen Hosseini (PBUH) ceremony and other challenges, in the year Currently, it was decided through close coordination between the General Directorate of Foreign Nationals and Immigrants Affairs, the Faraja Intelligence Organization and the Arbain Headquarters, that the Khadim travel document be issued to the nationals in the provinces/provinces of origin (where the nationals live) and that the covered nationals move to the border along with the document. do

 

While pointing out some problems, including the prolongation of the process of issuing and delivering documents to nationals in their cities of residence, he added; It was decided that the process of issuance, printing and distribution of documents will be done in central provinces/provinces, Isfahan, Fars, and especially in the location of Saman Al-Aima, Hamidiyeh city, Khuzestan province.

 

The Director General of the Affairs of Foreign Nationals and Immigrants of the Ministry of Interior of Iran emphasized; This process was carried out efficiently with the coordination and cooperation of Arbaeen Central Headquarters, Faraja Immigration and Passport Police, and the General Directorate of Foreign Nationals and Immigrant Affairs, and during the final days of Arbaeen travel, while preventing gatherings and disorder in the border provinces, it facilitated the travel process of foreign nationals. It has become Hosseini to participate in Arbaeen.

 

Balukian further added; Another example of coordination and cooperation to serve the pilgrims of Hazrat Aba Abdallah al-Hussein (AS) was the permanent presence of the representative of the General Directorate of Citizens at the headquarters of the Arbaeen Center to monitor problems and follow up to resolve them in coordination with other member organizations of the Arbaeen Headquarters.

 

He continued: This action made it possible to solve many existing problems, including the stopping of pilgrim buses in inter-provincial bottlenecks, and facilitate the movement to the exit points.

 

Balukian noted; In order to follow up the problems in the field and solve them quickly, a team consisting of the general manager and deputies and the technology and information officer of the General Directorate of Foreign Nationals and Immigrant Affairs in the borders of Shalamcheh and Chazabah as well as Hamidieh and attended and coordinated with officials and commanders of other border agencies, especially Sardar Rezaian, commander of the Faraja Intelligence Organization, deputy security and law enforcement, and deputy civil servant of Khuzestan province, held meetings to solve problems.

 

The Director General of Foreign Nationals and Immigrants Affairs of the Ministry of Interior of Iran stated: As a result of the coordination that took place, Alhamdulillah, this year the process of issuing and distributing the Khadim travel document for nationals with legal documents was carried out properly, which can be a model for the coming years in this field. .
