Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: In response to the Wall Street Journal, the representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations stated that Iran is deliberately delaying its response to the regime until the outcome of the ceasefire talks is known. Iran must have two specific results. First, it must punish the aggressor for terror and violation of Iran's national sovereignty.

 

According to Tasnim and according to the Iranian representative: Second, it should strengthen Iran's deterrence power and bring the regime's deep regret to prevent any future aggression. Also, Iran's response should avoid a possible negative impact on a possible ceasefire.
