Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: Iranian media have written that following the illegal action of agents of the private railway company known as "Afghan Rail Consortium" in the railway territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways has issued a statement.

The statement of Iran Railways states:
 1- The traffic of any railway vehicles, including locomotives, wagons, etc., in the railway territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran is possible only with permission and under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

2- No natural or legal person and no Iranian or non-Iranian private company is exempted from the above rule.

3- During the past days, agents related to the private company of the Afghanistan Railway Consortium started illegal actions in the railway territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 

4- Agents of the Afghan Railway Consortium Private Company illegally occupied the Miutech station in the Islamic Republic of Iran without permission and entered it by breaking the lock of the station building.

5- In relation to the clip published in cyberspace and the claim of causing an accident to a locomotive, it also evokes:

A- The said locomotive was stopped and there was no danger to the locomotive

B_ This video was made with the aim of creating media space in the middle of last week, but the management of the consortium, after being prosecuted due to illegal and criminal actions, on Friday made a very wide release of this fake video in the cyberspace in order to create media space. Ahan has put pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran and prevented the implementation of the law.

C- Due to the disobedience of the employees of the private railway consortium to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran's railways and their intention to travel without a license within the railway boundaries of the Islamic Republic of Iran, blocking the line is considered a preventive measure to prevent encroachment.

In the end, it is emphasized again that any movement of railway equipment within the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran is subject to the railway laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and no Iranian or foreign real or legal person has the right to disobey these laws.
