Hamas will not participate in the talks in Doha on Thursday, an official of Hamas said on Monday.

 

Hamas is the resumption of negotiations without citing the proposal on July 2.

 

Hamas also confirmed that Netanyahu has raised new conditions that weaken the negotiation process.

 

Negotiations are scheduled to be held in Doha, Qatar, on Thursday.

 

Reuters quoted a source in the Hamas movement as saying that the movement had no plans to attend the talks. Hamas adheres to the principles of the previous agreements and emphasizes the implementation of these agreements instead of resuming in vain negotiations.
