Iraq's Joint Operations Command emphasized last Monday that Diyala province is in a stable situation in terms of security and there is no obstacle to holding Arbaeen Hosseini ceremony in this province.

 

Major General Tahsin al-Khafaji, spokesman for joint operations and head of Iraq's security information committee, also stated that security forces are fully prepared in all areas of Diyala and there is no threat against the Arbaeen pilgrims of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him.
