The local officials of Herat announce the activation of the mobile car of the client service center at the levels of the 15 districts of this city.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Herat: Herat Municipality officials say that in order to inform the citizens about the activities, programs and provide information to the citizens about the municipal services, inform about the rights and obligations of the citizens, distribute the complaint form and register it, regularly receive the opinions of the citizens. Around different departments of the municipality and some other important issues related to this department, a mobile customer service center has been established in the city.

In the opening ceremony of this center, Nematullah Hassan Sahib, the mayor of Herat, the head of city governance and some officials of the related departments were present.

At the same time, the citizens of Herat expressed their satisfaction with this action of the municipal administration and said: From now on, they can bring their problems to the ears of the officials of this administration as soon as possible.

According to the officials, this mobile center is supposed to provide services to the citizens of Herat once a month in each of the fifteen districts according to the established schedule.
