Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Hafiz Zia Ahmed, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, published a statement on X this morning (Wednesday, July 24) and wrote that the head of the ministry, Maulavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, had a telephone conversation with Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement.

According to the announcement, in this telephone conversation, the latest political developments, Jihadi in Gaza and regional issues were discussed.

Appreciating the efforts and sacrifices of the Hamas jihadist movement, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized greater unity and perseverance in the jihadist struggle against the Zionist regime and considered the Palestinian people's jihad against the Zionist regime as adherence to Islamic principles and values.

Maulavi Amir Khan Muttaqi also welcomed the negotiations and agreement between the Palestinian groups in Beijing.

This senior official of the Islamic Emirate addressed Ismail Haniyeh and said that the Islamic Emirate and the people of Afghanistan support the resistance to the rights of the Palestinian people and pray for its victory.

On the other hand, Ismail Haniyeh spoke about Palestinian education, especially the recent events in Gaza.

The head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement appreciated the position of the Islamic Emirate and the people of Afghanistan and shared information about the recent negotiations with the occupying regime.
