This is despite the fact that the ISIS terrorist group has recently published new pictures of its shelters near the city of "Quetta" located in Balochistan province of Pakistan, which shows that it is holding a person accused of spying in an open area.

Experts say that the open and free presence of ISIS fighters outside its shelters actually confirms the statements of the Islamic Emirate regarding the transfer of the core of ISIS leadership to Baluchistan and the establishment of training camps.

The media close to the Islamic Emirate have recently reported that ISIS fled the country after being suppressed in Afghanistan and moved its command center to Baluchistan by taking advantage of the rugged mountainous areas.

Latifullah Mehsud, who is said to be the leader of the ISIS branch in prison, was arrested by US and NATO forces in Logar province in October 2013 and handed over to Pakistan in December 2014. His death sentence was approved by Pakistan in 2016, but has not yet been carried out.

In January 2016, Mehsud appeared in a video reciting a text allegedly dictated to him by Pakistan's intelligence agency. In this text, India and the then government of Afghanistan were accused of supporting terrorism in Pakistan.
