A shelter is being built for families affected by the storm in Nangarhar

The Ministry of Immigrants and Returnees Affairs has announced that the head of the ministry during his visit to the areas affected by the recent rains and storms in Nangarhar said that shelters will be built for the affected families.


Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Immigrants and Returnees Affairs of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter on X and said that Khalilur Rehman Haqqani, the head of the ministry, visited the areas affected by the recent rains and storms in Nangarhar.

During this visit, the Acting Minister of Immigrants said that the Islamic Emirate stands by the nation in every difficulty and tries to help the needy families.

Acting Minister of Immigrants and Returnees Affairs distributed cash aid, tents and blankets to a number of affected families and assured that efforts to build shelters for all affected families continue.

It should be mentioned that the recent storms and rains in Nangarhar Province have left hundreds dead and injured and have caused huge financial losses to the people.
