Officials of the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Interior, in a conversation with Ava reporter, announced that the day of Ashura passed without any security incident and said that the People's Council in Dasht Barchi thanked the personnel of this department for their good service in ensuring the security of the Ashura ceremony in Kabul.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The official of the press office of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Emirate today (Wednesday, July 17) in a conversation with an AVA reporter said that the public security forces in Kabul have taken special security measures for the 10th day of Muharram. 

He stated that the public security forces pledge to all the people of the country, especially the honorable people of Kabul, that they serve their countrymen day and night.

He quoted Mullah Saleh Mohammad "Nazem", the head of public security, as saying: "Public security considers it a great honor to provide security and protection for the people and the country, and he asked all the honorable people of Afghanistan to cooperate with their security forces in order to provide security. "

According to the press officer of the Department of Public Security, the forces of this department were deployed in all the key points of Kabul city with full military equipment to ensure the security of Ashura day.

He adds that the residents of Kabul city in Dasht Barchi area appreciated the security and good behavior of the public security forces on the 10th day of Muharram, and the public security personnel were awarded a letter of appreciation by the People's Council for their good service in ensuring the security of the Ashura ceremony. 

It should be mentioned that the security forces of the Ministry of Interior take security measures every year during the Ashura ceremony in Kabul and the provinces to ensure the safety of the people.

It should be noted that in other provinces of the country, Muharram and Ashura ceremonies were held without any security incidents.
