The head of the Shia Ulema Council of Balkh province, in a meeting with representatives of the Tebyan Social Cultural Activities Center and Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) in this province, said that after the establishment of the Islamic Emirate government, about 176 mosques have been registered in Balkh. 

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-Sharif: Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Hussain Ali Bayani, head of Balkh province's Shia Ulema Council, in a meeting with representatives of the office of Tebyan Social Cultural Activities Center and Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) in this province, said: First of all, the efforts of journalists and I thank and appreciate the people of the media for preserving and publishing Islamic knowledge and rituals, because they bring the message of Islam and Ahl al-Bayt (AS) to the ears of the people in the farthest part of the country.

Hojjat al-Islam made a statement that acts and conducts such as stripping, throwing a machete and other things harm the system and school of Imam Hussain (AS) especially in the field of mourning and should be refrained from doing it.

He said that the youths should donate their blood to the needy in hospitals instead of mutilation, and it is recommended for the media and journalists to create a culture in this direction to prevent behavior against Islamic principles in the mourning ceremonies of Imam Hussain (AS).

The head of the Shia Ulema Council of Balkh province stated: After the Islamic Emirate government came to power, about 176 mosques were registered in this province, and in these mosques, the mourning ceremony of Imam Hussain (AS) is held. Because our people are Muslim, love Islam, love Imam Hussain and love Ahl al-Bayt.

He clarified that the movement and path of Imam Hussain (AS) is smooth, clear and clear and his fans should not act against his dignity.

Hojjatul Islam Bayani added: The local officials of Balkh Province have a meeting and consultation program with Shia scholars and they will put forward recommendations in line with holding the mourning ceremonies of Imam Hussain (AS) and we also have a say and defend our teachings, occasions and teachings. 

Meanwhile, Seyed Sajjad Mousavi, head of representative offices of Tebayan Center for Social Cultural Activities and Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) in Balkh said: We believe that Shia Ulama Council of Balkh Province is the standard bearer of Islam, the Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS). We consider cooperation with this institution necessary for the excellence of divine rituals and the progress of the country.

He added that the offices of Tabyan Center and AVA News Agency in Balkh province have announced cooperation with Shia Ulema Council of this province in the field of media and cultural activities and will continue this cooperation.
