The Ministry of Economy has announced that in his speech at the fourth meeting of the Trans-Himalayan International Cooperation Forum in China, the head of the ministry emphasized on strengthening economic and trade cooperation at the regional and global level with Afghanistan.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter saying that Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, the head of the ministry and his delegation attended the fourth meeting of the Trans-Himalayan International Cooperation Forum hosted by China. 

The Ministry of Economy says, in this meeting, the search for a suitable solution to combat environmental challenges, how humans interact with nature, and other environmental issues have been discussed.

This ministry adds that, in this meeting, the Minister of Economy discussed the vulnerability of the economic sector and social security due to recent natural events and climate changes in Afghanistan, combating environmental damage, managing the climate crisis, introducing economic opportunities and capacities in order to attract investments and strengthen economic cooperation. And he has given talks with Afghanistan at regional and global levels.

It should be mentioned that the Acting Minister of Economy and his accompanying delegation left for China on Wednesday to participate in this meeting.
