Secondly: All frozen foreign currency reserves of De Afghanistan Bank, which is the inalienable right of the people of Afghanistan, should be unfrozen and placed at the disposal of De Afghanistan Bank for better implementation of monetary policy, consolidation of commercial bank accounts and used by De Afghanistan Bank to fulfill its monetary obligations. to be in front of commercial banks.
