Officials of Parwan province informed about the monthly meeting to deal with the problems of media and journalists by the journalists' safety committee of this province.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: In order to solve the challenges and concerns of the media and journalists, a committee is held every month under the leadership of the deputy governor of Parwan province, in which media officials and journalists present their problems.
According to the deputy governor of Parwan, serious attention has been paid to the financial and work problems of the media and journalists.
Mohammad Idris Anuri, deputy governor of Parwan, says that through this committee, they have taken care of the financial and work problems of the media and journalists.
He also described the coordination between government departments and added that there have been many achievements in the protection and safety of journalists in this province.
On the part of journalists, the establishment of this committee is considered very important, and they say that setting up meetings between journalists and government officials to solve their problems and sharing information with the media is one of the basic and vital principles in the field of media activities.
It should be mentioned that with the rule of the Islamic Emirate in the country, the Journalists Protection Committee has been established to solve the problems of the media and journalists in cooperation with the Parwan Provincial Authority and the Department of Information and Culture, in which media officials and reporters participate.
