The Ministry of Public Health announced that nearly 10,000 free surgeries were performed in Ibn Sina Emergency Hospital in 1402.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: The Ministry of Public Health reported that in the fiscal year 1402, 9,242 free surgical operations were performed at Emergency Ibn Sina Hospital. The procedures included 4,787 major and 4,455 minor surgeries, all successfully executed by experienced and specialized Afghan doctors.

Additionally, during the same period, the Emergency Ibn Sina Hospital provided free outpatient department (OPD) services to 217,948 patients and inpatient department (IPD) services to 11,517 patients.
