The presence of Afghan representatives in the third Doha meeting is useful for a deep understanding of the demands of the members of this meeting
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: As the third Doha meeting approaches, which is scheduled to be held in Qatar in about a month; There are various analyzes about whether representatives of the caretaker government will attend this meeting or not. Meanwhile, some countries in the region have made efforts to persuade the caretaker government officials to attend this meeting.
A few days ago, in a meeting with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar called the outcome of the third meeting in Doha without the presence of the representatives of the caretaker government of Afghanistan ineffective and said; Everyone has come to believe that this meeting will not be beneficial without the participation of representatives of the Islamic Emirate.
On the other hand, during this meeting, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amir Khan Muttaqi, explained the position of the Islamic Emirate in this meeting and said that the caretaker government of Afghanistan has not yet officially announced their participation in the third Doha meeting.
Meanwhile, Weis Naseri, an expert on international relations issues, in an interview with AVA reporter, considered the situation of Afghanistan very important for the world community and international organizations and said that the main focus of the third Doha meeting will be the review of the general situation of Afghanistan.
He added that the presence of representatives of the Islamic Emirate in the third Doha meeting is useful for a deep understanding of the demands of the members of this meeting.
This international relations expert emphasized the presence of representatives of the Islamic Emirate in the third Doha meeting and added that after attending the third Doha meeting, the representatives of Afghanistan will convey the contents of this meeting to the elders of the Islamic Emirate inside the country and make effective decisions.
Mr. Naseri stated that the Islamic Emirate should use the opportunities that the international community has planned for them, cautiously and forward-looking.
According to his words, if the Islamic Emirate can match its internal priorities with the conditions set forth by the international community and take a position considering the current situation of the country, the prospects of Afghanistan's situation will be promising.
On the other hand, Mohammad Sediq Shinwari, an expert on political issues, said in a conversation with AVA reporter that if the organizers of the third Doha meeting do not consider the conditions of the Islamic Emirate, it is possible that the representatives of the Islamic Emirate will not participate in this meeting.
According to him, if the outcome of the third meeting in Doha does not take into account the interests of Afghanistan and the conditions of the Islamic Emirate, the representatives of the Islamic Emirate will not participate in this meeting.
He stated that if there are more common points between the governance of the Islamic Emirate and other Islamic countries, the first countries that will act for the recognition of the Islamic Emirate will be the neighboring, regional and extra-regional Islamic countries.
It should be noted that in the previous Doha meeting hosted by the UN Secretary General, there was no delegation representing the Islamic Emirate.
Meanwhile, some Islamic countries and the region have also said that considering the main focus of this meeting, the non-participation of the representatives of the Islamic Emirate makes the effects of the meeting ineffective.
