A report by Feridon Sinirlioglu, the UN coordinator for Afghanistan affairs, was approved with 13 positive votes and two abstentions from China and Russia.

The European Union and American representatives also tried to establish the necessary coordination with the Central Asian countries in Bishkek before the Doha meeting.

"Thomas Nicholson", the EU's special representative for Afghanistan, who was on a four-day trip to Afghanistan to negotiate with different groups of Afghanistan, also announced the holding of the Bishkek meeting a week earlier.

He told reporters in Kabul that he is optimistic about the Doha meeting. It is considered an important opportunity and there is hope for solving Afghanistan's challenges.

Using media pressure after persuasion is ineffective

It was conditional on receiving the exact structure, agenda and composition of this meeting.

After efforts to persuade the Taliban government (Islamic Emirate), which of course did not go anywhere, some countries and western institutions, including Amnesty International, the Munich meeting, and some foreign opponents, issued statements that identified human rights and women's issues as the main requirements for They considered the integration of Afghanistan in the international system, and the opposition media tried unsuccessfully by plowing into the past of the Doha negotiations.
