Russian media have reported that 28 people were killed in the Ukrainian attack on a bakery in Lysichansk district of Luhansk province.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Sputnik and according to updated information, 28 people were killed and 10 were injured as a result of the attack of the Ukrainian armed forces on Lisichansk.

It is said that among the dead in this attack is a child.

According to Luhansk authorities, Ukrainian soldiers shelled a bakery in Lysychansk, people are still under the rubble.

The president of Luhansk, Leonid Paschenik, said that the "Kiev regime", now defeated on the front, deliberately attacked on a holiday when many people go to buy bread.
