Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Abdul Latif Nazari, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Government of the Islamic Emirate, rejected the statements of Michael McCall, the head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the US House of Representatives, about the creation of fake institutions and the use of humanitarian aid in Afghanistan. and the aid distribution process is also monitored transparently.
McCall recently stated that the Islamic Emirate is benefiting from American taxpayers' money more than ever before, and claimed that the Taliban started creating fake institutions and stationed their people in the organization's offices to receive aid money.
Nazari told "Tolua News" about this: The Islamic Emirate supports the transparent activities of relief organizations, but it has not interfered in the process of distributing aid from international organizations and has not created fake organizations.
He added: We strongly reject any kind of report in this connection; By creating facilities, we try to have a positive interaction with all relief organizations.
Previously, "Michael Shaffer", the administrative assistant of the Asian Department of the US International Development Agency, emphasized that the aid in Afghanistan is being monitored seriously in the meeting with McCall present.
"We hold implementing partners to the highest standards to ensure funds are used wisely, effectively and on purpose," Schaeffer said.
