AVA - Afghan Caretaker Gov't Provides Job Opportunities in 9 Months

Over the past nine months, the Afghan caretaker government has provided job opportunities to more than 109,000 people in Afghanistan.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, A total of 109,824 people have been employed in the government departments and private sector, Bakhtar quoted a statement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as saying.

Afghanistan has been suffering from poverty and a high rate of unemployment.

Deputy for the Ministry of Economy Abdul Latif Nazari said that the government has been trying to create job opportunities by launching development projects as part of efforts to alleviate poverty in the war-torn country.
