In October, the White House requested $105 billion in emergency aid, which it planned to combine with aid to Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan and funding for border security in order to convince Republicans and pressure them to vote yes. 

 

Previously, US President Joe Biden asked the Senate to approve this proposed plan, while accusing the Republicans of planning to "literally put Ukraine on its knees on the battlefield and jeopardize our national security in In this regard, they will be harmed."

 

On Monday, Shalanda Young, the White House budget director, wrote in a letter to the leaders of the US Senate and representatives, which she also made public, that the United States of America will exhaust its budget for sending weapons and aid to Ukraine by the end of this year. .
